1. Do you deliver to my area?
   We currently deliver to Pernisular Malaysia (Free Shipping for RM 50 and above with Klang Valley). Kindly refer to shipping charge chart for outside Klang Valley area.
2. How fast do you deliver?
   Within 3 - 5 days within Klang Valley.

4. What happens if an item is out of stock?
   We do our best to notify you of out of stock products before you check out, so you can choose a replacement immediately. If you ordered and paid for an out of stock item, we will notify you asap and bring you a refund with your order if possible, or if not, as soon as we can thereafter.
5. How do I check my order status?
   You will be notified when your order is processed and on the way to your home or office. You can also go to “My Order Status” on your account page.
6. Can I cancel my order?
   No. Once your order has been placed we are unable to allow cancellations.
